cOMMUNITY EDUCATION

Dale wants you to understand what to expect from natural gas operations. From leasing to drilling and sound abatement. We take our role as the leader in urban development very seriously. Safety, security and quality of life are top priorities.

in the cOMMUNITY

With more than 70,000 individual mineral owners leased in the urban area, Dale is the leader in urban development. Safety, security and quality of life are of the highest priority for Dale. Because Dale specializes in working within heavily populated urban areas, we place a strong emphasis on safety and sound abatement, using next-generation, urban-friendly sound techniques and drilling equipment.

Dale is committed to bringing value to the communities and take an active role in improving the quality of life by sponsoring local programs, funding improvement projects, and working with the residents to provide information and education about how drilling will affect the area. We provide training programs for local fire departments and develop relationships with emergency personnel.

Working closely with local community groups and neighborhood associations, we ensure that the concerns of the people are heard. Dale is the first company to offer its communities 24-hour access to a community liaison.

YMCA
Dale made a contribution to the McDonald YMCA in Southeast Fort Worth. This donation allowed the YMCA to update their workout facility and add 15 new pieces of equipment. 4 new flat panel televisions were added in the update as well as a dividing curtain in the gymnasium. The curtain allows for more basketball games to take place, aerobics and multiple activities to happen all at the same time.

Mayor

FW Cats
Dale sponsored the FW Cats “City of Fort Worth Night” complete with Mayor Moncrief bobbleheads. Dale’s tickets were donated to students and family from Sycamore Elementary School.

South Davis Neighborhood

South Davis Neighborhood Association
Dale made a donation to the South Davis Neighborhood Association (SDNA) through the Arlington Preservation Foundation. The funds were distributed to the Arlington High School Fine Arts Department and the South Davis Elementary Scholarship and extracurricular activities fund. SDNA will also add sign toppers to the street signs in the neighborhood and make improvements to the Howard “Gumpy” Moore Park.

San Jose Mutual Society
Our Great Northside Friends
For over 18 months, The San Jose Mutual Society has graciously allowed our Northside Division to use their facilities for meetings. In return, Dale sponsored their anniversary celebration in 2006, donated new chairs and tables for the facility, and donated funds for the historical renovations to the adjacent property.

Dale has been working with the neighborhood for over a year to secure hundreds of mineral leases. The funds will be used to construct a new pavilion and sidewalk in Louella Bales Baker Park.

White Settlement Animal Shelter
White Settlement Animal Shelter Upgrade
Dale is very active in White Settlement and wanted to support another organization who works many hours to benefit White Settlement. The City’s Animal Shelter was in need of improvements and Dale was able to step in and provide the shelter with all brand-new electronic equipment to help increase the probability of adoption for all the sweet, barking residents.

Annual Angel Tree
Annual Angel Tree
Every year, the employees at Dale adopt their own Angel Tree. In 2007, we had the great opportunity of providing Christmas for over 300 kids in Fort Worth.

Greenway Place Community Luncheon
Dale sponsored a community meeting and barbeque luncheon for Greenway Place and Samuels Addition residents. During the luncheon, Dale provided leasing and drilling operations updates and raffled off a new television and DVD player for the adults and a Sony Playstation II just for the kids. The luncheon was held on one of the Dale drillsites that will be used to produce the minerals underneath the neighborhoods, so the residents had a first-hand chance to learn about Dale operations.
